The Royal Management delivered workforce and volunteer management for CHAN 2024 — played 2 to 30 August 2025 after a delayed start — the tournament co-hosted under the Pamoja identity by Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.

Recruitment through to attendance ran on one set of records, so a volunteer applied, was verified, selected, trained, accredited and rostered without their details being re-entered between stages.
