The volunteer programme
THE ROYAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is the digital management platform for AFCON 2027 workforce and volunteers across Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. It supports planning, applications, screening, interviews, assignment, training, accreditation status, rostering, attendance, entitlements and reporting.
CAF retains operational decisions including policies, selection criteria, entitlements and deployment. This platform does not supply manpower — ushers, hostesses and other personnel can be managed here according to their roles, whether they are volunteers, Government/LOC/CAF personnel or staff of a separately contracted provider.
