About the application
- Do I need to finish the application in one sitting?
- Your account is created as soon as you complete Step 1, so you can sign in again at any time. Documents you have already uploaded are kept against your account.
- Which documents do I need to upload?
- Six are required: national ID or passport, an educational certificate, your CV, a certificate of good conduct, a medical certificate, and a passport-size photograph. References and other supporting documents are optional.
- What file formats and sizes are accepted?
- PDF, JPG and PNG. Most documents may be up to 5MB; the passport-size photograph may be up to 2MB.
- Can I volunteer in a country I do not live in?
- Yes. Step 5 lets you select preferred deployment locations across Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, or indicate that you are willing to be assigned anywhere in the host countries.
- How do I check my application status?
- Sign in and open your dashboard. It shows your reference number, current stage and the date you submitted.
- Which languages is the application available in?
- English, French and Kiswahili. You can choose your preferred language during registration.
- I have forgotten my password.
- Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign-in page and we will email you a reset link.
